For HR consultants
Make your retained HR service more valuable without adding more work.
Give clients their own HR system for employee records, leave, documents, e-signatures and timesheets. You remain their trusted HR adviser. AssistHR handles the software, setup and product support.
Five clients. Free during the pilot. No wider commitment.

A short walkthrough of exactly what your retained clients would use between advisory calls.
The client problem
Your advice may be organised. Your client's everyday HR admin often is not.
You send clear guidance after each advisory call. But between those calls, the client actually works in a spreadsheet for employee details, an email thread for leave, and shared folders for contracts and signed documents. That record is where everyday HR happens, and it is usually incomplete.
What clients get
One place for everyday people admin.
- Employee records with employee and manager self-service
- Leave requests and approvals
- Contracts, policies and company documents
- Electronic signatures
- Timesheets and working hours
- Reports on the information held in the system
This is the record your retained service sits on top of. When you advise, the employee information, documents and leave history are already in one place.

Why it matters to your consultancy
Your advice is valuable. Clients also need somewhere to do the work.
AssistHR gives retained clients the system they use between conversations with their consultant. It makes the retained service more embedded in the client's everyday operations, without requiring the consultancy to build, host or support any software.
Increase the value of your retainers
Clients get the system they use between advisory calls, so your retained service becomes the everyday place work happens, not just a quarterly conversation.
Give clients another reason to stay
A co-branded HR system sits inside your service. It gives clients a practical reason to keep the relationship when budgets are reviewed.
Create recurring software revenue
After a successful pilot and a commercial agreement, the consultancy can earn a share of recurring software revenue. This depends on real adoption, so it is potential, not promised.
No software support burden
AssistHR configures each workspace, imports employees, onboards teams and answers product questions. Your team never becomes the software support desk.
The partnership
Add software to your retained service without adding another workload.
The consultant keeps the client relationship and all HR and employment advice. AssistHR handles software setup, employee import, onboarding, product support and maintenance.
HR consultancy
- Identifies suitable retained clients
- Introduces the co-branded offer
- Remains the client's HR adviser
- Retains the client relationship
- Continues HR and employment advice as now
- May receive an agreed share of recurring revenue after a successful pilot
AssistHR
- Configures each client workspace
- Assists with employee import
- Onboards managers and employees
- Handles product and platform support
- Maintains and develops the software
Your role is protected
The software does the admin. You remain the adviser.
AssistHR is deliberately limited to the system of record. It does not give HR or employment-law advice, and nothing in the product positions AssistHR as an alternative to your consultancy. You remain the expert your clients turn to for decisions.
- AssistHR is software. It does not give HR or employment-law advice
- You remain the expert the client turns to for decisions
- Each client has a separate private workspace
- The client controls who has access to their workspace
- Product questions come to AssistHR, not to your team

The pilot
Five clients. Free during the pilot. We do the setup.
Choose five retained clients who still manage HR through spreadsheets, email or folders. AssistHR configures their accounts, helps import employees, onboards their teams and handles product support. The consultancy continues advising them exactly as it does today. At the end, both sides review actual usage. If clients use AssistHR and want to continue, discuss a wider partnership. If they do not, there is no wider rollout.

Review the evidence
At the end, both sides review actual usage. If clients use AssistHR and want to continue, discuss a wider partnership. If they do not, there is no wider rollout.
Pilot measurement
We measure whether clients actually use it.
Both sides agree what success means before the pilot begins, then review actual behaviour afterwards. We report what the numbers show, including where adoption is weak. Actual client behaviour, not promises, determines the next step.
- Client accounts activated
- Employees added
- Documents sent and signed
- Leave activity
- Timesheet usage where relevant
- Ongoing weekly client usage
- Consultant and client feedback
- Intention to continue
Commercial
If your clients use it, you have a new recurring service.
After a successful pilot, the consultancy and AssistHR agree the co-branded client offer and the commercial terms, including any revenue share, based on actual adoption. We set those terms once real usage is visible, so nothing is promised before the evidence exists.
