Cookie and Local Storage Notice

This notice explains what this AssistHR marketing website stores in your browser, and why. We checked the site's own code before writing it, so it describes what the site actually does rather than a generic list.
Summary
This marketing website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking technologies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party marketing script.
Because there is nothing non-essential to consent to, we do not show a cookie banner and there is no "Cookie settings" control. A banner that asked for permission we do not need would waste your time and tell you nothing useful. If we ever introduce a non-essential technology, we will add a genuine consent control that blocks it until you accept, offers Accept and Reject with equal clarity, and lets you change your mind at any time.
Local storage and similar technologies
Local storage is not a cookie. It is a small area of your browser that a site can read and write, and it is not automatically sent to a server with each request. We mention it separately so the distinction is clear.
On this marketing website, local storage is only used if a signed-in session is ever created through our backend platform library, which stores a sign-in token in your browser so you do not have to sign in repeatedly. Simply browsing these public marketing pages, watching the product tour or sending a form does not create that entry.

The platform tour video
The 90-second platform tour on our home page is a video file that we host and serve ourselves from this site's own asset storage. It is not a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom embed, so no third-party video platform sets cookies or profiles you when you watch it.
The video file is only downloaded when you open the tour, which keeps the page light and means nothing is requested until you choose to watch.
Fonts and other external requests
Our page typography uses web fonts served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's font servers, which involves your IP address and browser information reaching that service so the files can be delivered. Google states that font requests are not used to create advertising profiles. No cookie is set by us for this.
Apart from web fonts and the links you choose to click, such as the login link to the AssistHR platform, the pages do not load third-party scripts, embeds or images.
The AssistHR platform
The signed-in AssistHR platform is a separate application from this marketing website. It uses strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic interface preferences. This notice covers the marketing website. If you need details for the platform, contact us and we will confirm the current position.
Your controls
- You can clear cookies and local storage for any site in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site data.
- You can block cookies and storage for specific sites, although blocking strictly necessary storage will stop a signed-in session working.
- Signing out of the AssistHR platform removes the stored session entry.
