Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is part of how we build, not something we bolt on at the end. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA as our working standard, and we fix problems as we find them or as people tell us about them.

If something on this site gets in your way, we would like to hear about it. Practical feedback helps us more than anything else.

• semantic page structure with landmarks, headings in order and a single main heading per page
• keyboard access to all links, buttons and form controls, with visible focus styles
• the product tour video opens in a dialog that traps focus, closes with the Escape key and returns focus to the button you used
• native video controls so you can pause, seek and adjust volume with the keyboard
• text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
• form fields with visible labels and clear error and confirmation messages
• responsive layouts that work from small phones to large screens without horizontal scrolling
• colour combinations chosen for readable contrast, and information never conveyed by colour alone
• wide data tables on legal pages that can be scrolled and reached with the keyboard, with captions for screen reader users

We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of this website, so we do not claim formal conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA. We describe it as our target standard rather than a tested result.

We also do not list known limitations here, because we have not verified a specific set through testing and we do not want to publish guesses. When we complete an audit, we will update this page with the outcome and any known issues.

Some content relies on services outside our control, such as the web fonts used for typography and the separate signed-in AssistHR platform. If you hit a barrier in the platform itself, contact us and we will help.

If any information on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide it another way. That could be a plain text version of a page, a large-print or plain text copy of our legal documents, a written summary of the product tour video, or a phone or email conversation instead of a form.
